Workshop Overview

We may not always be able to control what happens to us, but we can learn to regulate our responses to disappointments and setbacks. Although anger is a normal human emotion, ineffective anger management can lead to a negative impact on any relationship and our health. This workshop shares information, skills and strategies to help manage anger in a productive way. Improved relationships, increased self-respect and respect from others, greater self control and less stress related health issues are among the many benefits of practicing effective anger management techniques.
